Courses follow a seasonal cycle, with each term lasting three months.

2025 Terms

※ Spring: January 6 – March 28 ※ Summer: April 7 – June 27 ※ Fall: July 14 – October 3 ※ Winter: October 13 – December 26

Classes are small and personalized, with a maximum of seven students per class.

Notes:

1.SPS Group Excercise 

For students who have completed the full Spiral courses and are already familiar with spiral excercises, and wish to maintain a regular practice. (For online group classes, please prepare your own sprial rope, balance pad, yoga blocks, and trekking poles.)

A Few Things to Know Before You Join Us

We’re located in the heart of Hualien City, in a bright and airy space with large floor-to-ceiling windows and excellent ventilation.
The studio is at the corner of Heping Road and Minguo Road.  Parking is usually easy to find nearby, and Guangfu Ren’ai Parking Lot is just a 500-meter walk from the studio.
